1.3 No Responsibility for User Actions: While we strive to provide valuable insights, we explicitly decline any responsibility for user actions based on our suggestions. Users are solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and outcomes. It is recommended to consult qualified professionals for specific situations or concerns.
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Subscription Plans: We offer subscription plans with different durations, including monthly, 6-months, and yearly subscriptions. Each plan may have different features, benefits, and pricing.
2.2 Payment Processing: Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to abide by Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store or process any payment information on our servers.
2.3 Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration and at the then-current price. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the renewal fee.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of the entity or individual you represent.
3.2 Account Creation: You must create an account to access and manage your subscription. Provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for any activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
3.4 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we suspect unauthorized use, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.
4. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

4.2 Refunds: All subscription payments are non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that the fees are non-refundable, even if you cancel before the end of the current subscription period.

11. MEM - Treasure and Cash
11.1 Introduction to MEM: Every time a user writes a memento, completes a week, updates main or shared calendars, or performs any other intended action, they can earn MEMs. MEMs are a type of token within the Memento Mori platform, representing the wealth accumulated through memories and awareness gained by using Memento Mori.
11.2 Types of MEM: There are two types of MEM:
- Treasure MEM: These are always accumulated and reflect the value you have gained through your calendars, mementos, and other actions on Memento Mori. They cannot be spent and can only increase.
- Cash MEM: These can be spent within Memento Mori to get discounts on subscriptions and can be sent to other users. One Cash MEM is earned for every Treasure MEM gained.
11.3 Validity of MEM: MEM are not a currency or cryptocurrency. They are only valid within the Memento Mori platform and do not represent any form of monetizable or exchangeable value in any legal or digital currency.
11.4 Transfer of Cash MEM: Cash MEM can be transferred between users. However, this transfer does not represent a monetary transaction of any kind. The platform is not responsible for any loss of tokens or incorrect transfers, and such transactions are non-reversible.
11.5 Prohibition of MEM Sale: The buying and selling of MEM outside the platform for real money or any other form of legal tender is considered fraudulent. Accounts found engaging in such activities, either through discovery or reporting, will be subject to suspension.
11.6 Personal Use of MEM: The MEM earned are strictly personal, just like the user accounts, and cannot be transferred or assigned to third parties. The only way to transfer MEM, specifically Cash MEM, is through the dedicated functionality within the platform.
11.7 Changes to MEM: The platform reserves the right to modify the number, value, and functionality of MEM at any time without prior notice. Users acknowledge and agree that such changes may affect their accumulation and use of MEM.
12. Shop and Discount Coupons
12.1 Spending Cash MEM: Only Cash MEM earned through platform activities or transferred from other users can be spent to purchase discount coupons.
12.2 Issuance of Coupons: Discount coupons are issued by the payment platform Stripe, which is used by the payment system of mementomori.me.
12.3 Types of Discount Coupons: There are three types of discount coupons available for purchase:
- 360 Cash MEM: This coupon provides a discount of 3.49 euros.
- 480 Cash MEM: This coupon provides a discount of 5.49 euros.
- 960 Cash MEM: This coupon provides a discount of 11.99 euros.
12.4 Coupon Validity: Once purchased, a coupon is valid for 12 months. We reserve the right to delete coupons that are older than 12 months.
12.5 Coupon Limitations: Users can have only one active coupon at a time. It is not possible to purchase multiple coupons with the same user account and use them cumulatively.
12.6 Coupon Usage: Once purchased, a coupon can be used only once and will be automatically applied to the next payment, whether it is an automatic renewal or a new subscription.
12.7 Non-Convertible Coupons: Coupons cannot be converted into legal or digital currency in any manner.
12.8 Non-Transferable Coupons: A coupon is non-transferable and is strictly linked its and use limited to the user account that generated it by spending their Cash MEM.
12.9 Irreversible Transactions: Once a coupon is purchased, the transaction is irreversible, and the spent Cash MEM cannot be refunded.
12.10 Suspicious Activity: Any suspicious or reported misuse of coupons may result in an investigation and potential suspension of the user account.
12.11 Modifications to Coupons: The platform reserves the right to modify the value, usage terms, and even cancel coupons at any time without prior notice and without refunding the spent Cash MEM.
12.12 Partial Use of Coupons: If a coupon of higher value is used for a new subscription or renewal costing less than the coupon value, the excess amount will be forfeited and cannot be recovered in any manner.
12.13 Liability Disclaimer: The platform is not responsible for any loss of one or more coupons, erroneous use by user, or bug/errors caused by the platform or third parties. Users assume full responsibility for managing and utilizing their coupons correctly.
13. General Terms
13.1 Acceptance of Terms: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AgileOps srl regarding your use of our website and services. If you do not agree with any provisions, please refrain from using our website and services.
13.2 Modifications to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our website and services constitutes consent to such changes.
13.3 Severability: If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13.4 Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AgileOps srl, superseding any prior agreements.
